Spent the day in Taipei. Started by visiting Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall in the morning, strong winds here so we had a cold morning in Taipei, otherwise the winter seems just like air-con condition
It’s a huge bronze statue of Chiang Kai Shek, the first president of Taiwan inside the hall, with the huge Kuomintang symbol up on the roof.
Had lunch at Din Tai Feng along Yongkang St. xiao long bao here is delicious and cheap!! and went Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall for a short walk to pay our respects to Dr. Sun, founder of Kuomintang party and the man who brought an end to the Qing dynasty.
After lunch, it's shopping time at Wu Fen Pu wholesale market and ended the day at Raohe Night Market. The hu jiao bing here is the best! Big n delicious. 陷多,肉嫩,多汁!
